Returns & Refund Policy

If you wish to return any items, you may do so within 30 days of receipt as long as the items are unused, unwashed, in their original packaging or with their original tags. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges

Once you have returned an item and it is deemed to be in resalable condition, we will refund your original payment amount within 10 working days. The refund will go back onto the payment method that was originally used to place the order.

We do not offer free returns so the cost of returning items lies with the customer. If you wish to return an item, please post it to the address below, ensuring that you include your original delivery note or order confirmation inside the parcel. If you no longer have your delivery note, please include your name and your order number.
